Required Supplies
Do you have all your supplies? Use this checklist to be sure you're not missing anything you'll need!
-
Album and pocket pages The 4x4 album I chose is ideal for this type of project but other sizes could work just as well. You could even make your own album by punching holes in your photos and foundation pages and holding them together with ribbon or book rings.
-
Large alphabet There are lots of alphabets out there, whether they be chipboard or stickers but you’ll want to make sure you select a large one to be the focus of each spread in your album.
-
Photos You’ll need photos that represent something about you for each letter of the alphabet. A couple of my pages ended up not having any photos but I used some die-cuts and other embellishments that matched the theme of the page.
-
Patterned papers Choose some of your favourite papers for the foundation pages of your album. If you’re having trouble selecting ones that match, why not consider using papers from the same collection?
-
Tags and Project Life cards These are great for any extra journaling you want to include in your album.
-
Embellishments Choose any embellishments you like to make your mini book pretty! I had to choose more flat embellishments as my album was already so thick!
-
Basic tools A paper trimmer, scissors, a pen and adhesive will also come in handy for this project!
