Hello Forever Planner (any color) With so many planner options out there, it can become tricky to choose that one that fits your needs. I like my Hello Forever Planner cause it gives me the flexibility to be as creative as I want with their blank pages!
-
Glue roller Instead of fixing it, rather stick it so you can shift it around until you are happy with wherever it is!
-
Ruler Love balance on a layout so the ruler (inches and cm for me here!) is an essential handy item!
-
Color pens Zillion of them! or at least a few ;) They become useful to highlight those to-do's or make anything stand out or even the contrary, subtly blend it in with the background! I use in the class the Stabilo point 88 fine 0,4 tip and Staedler triplus fine liner - any color you can imagine! :D
-
Writing tools I used my Waterman Fountain Pen Medium Nib, my black Pilot G-Tech-C4 when I feel picky about the line thickness and I want to write fine fine! and my favourite 3 black Uni Pin fine liners: 0.05 mm, 0.1 mm and 0.3 mm for faux lettering, doodling and also writing! My last but not least for this class, my always black Pilot V5 Hi-Tecpoint 0.5 mm for casual writing! yay
-
Stencils Perfect solution when your stamps are not entirely what you want to show! I use in the class the alphabet stencils, the cheap ones you can find in any stationery shop for kids to use at school! It really gives the layout a cute touch!
-
Cutting tools Scissors (any kind) and/or guillotine if you prefer precision cut outs as the stripes I purposely made for the last lesson's layout!
-
Washi tape This is a must in almost any single thing I make! hahaha It gives to any layout that color texture without adding volume!
-
Stickers Any kind, any shape, any color! You can find stickers in the market of almost everything. I particularly enjoy as a go-to in almost every layout my alpha stickers. Very handy to indicate the month/day! The other ones keep contributing to the decorating process!
-
Thickers Although the layout should not have too much volume as it will affect the writing on the next page, I love adding them from time to time to highlight items!
-
Scraps of paper I used pattern paper, newspaper, old book pages, diy tea dyed paper. You may use anything your imagination can get to though!
-
Embelishments I love using ephemera as it gives tons of personality to the layout. Phrases also help the layout's theme!
