Layout<\/h1>\n Uploaded 01/23/2016<\/span><\/div>\n\n Oh what fun! I used acrylic paint to tiny modeling paste and gel medium and then applied them through a stencil! Once it was all dry, I added some watercolor look with coordinating Distress Inks and the packaging technique!
