Hi, I'm Caroline and LOVE memory keeping!! I have been scrapbooking for 18 years. My scrapbook style, and the size of the projects I create, have changed over the years. I started off only creating 12x12 layouts and a mini book each December. Now I work in lots of different formats and I love them all! The one thing that hasn't changed is the way I feel about my memory keeping practice. It is more that just a hobby to me. Creating projects helps me to be present in my life, to express my gratitude for the gift that life is, and to celebrate the highs and lows that I experience on this beautiful journey. I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Wellness & Life Coach and Mindfulness Practitioner living in Kidderminster in the UK. I am in deep awe at the power of the mind and I love my work deeply. It is exceptionally rewarding work to support and empower others to create shifts and changes in order to live their best lives.
