The fact that the pork in the chilli is the same as the meat from the fresh, never-frozen hamburgers shouldn't come as a surprise. Founder David Thomas responded, "what do you make with leftover hamburger," when questioned as to why the fast-food company had chilli on the menu. "It's a rather simple fix."
